My Approach & Philosophy
Domestic Violence is always a painful experience for all parties involved. I believe that anger and violence are just another way that a hurt and confused individual tries to handle the pain of life.
I have always found that in order for treatment to be effective, clients should be in a safe, caring and nonjudgemental space. Treatment should be fun, informative and allow clients to be authentic.
I utilize a trauma informed approach and integrate mindfulness and eastern psychology into my practice.
